Description

A slightly riper and ever-so-mildly exotic if otherwise similar nose to the Pucelles precedes denser, more mineral-driven and more powerful medium weight flavors that possess lovely delineation, all wrapped in a youthfully austere, agreeably dry and nicely lingering finish. This also needs better overall depth but in this case, it appears to have better underlying material.

Very elegant wine with mineral notes and a well-integrated acidity. Long and fine. Pair with fish, shellfish, or creamy white meat.
