To associate the ‘von Auring’ name with this wine, our Syrah had to be ‘Old World’ and regal…and it is!  Our hands-on approach to grape growing and winemaking is evident with this premier wine.  At the nose are traces of flowers and mint, followed by plums and black cherries on the palate.  The tannins are soft and the flavors persist at the finish
